Hyphen Space presents an immersive solo exhibition by

Taiwanese American artist & printmaker Anthony TungNing Huang.

The exhibition, titled “EX(SPIRO),” explores themes of time, observation, and our connection to the universe. Huang’s refined monotype prints and expressive Chine-colie engulfs viewers with inky waves of ebony, forest, and rust, inviting us into a meditative state of “flow",” blending timeless concepts with contemporary art to foster a deeper connection with the natural world.

“EX(SPIRO)” is a contemplation on the polarity of the human experience; “Spiro,” Latin for inhalation and inspiration, is nested within “expiro” for exhalation and death. Huang’s work is a portal into our own existential journeys, sometimes traveled in solicitude, and other times in solidarity with other travelers.

From March 21st to May 31st, Hyphen Space offers a visually stunning and meditative view into the world of Anthony TN Huang.
